• Define and be responsible ? On Time In Full (OTIF) - for all the technical project steps from Feasibility to Commissioning (including project timing definition, risk assessment, swot analysis);
• Work with Blossom team for transformation of Data streams, test runs & reporting in S2H(Sap 2 Henna)
• Close liaison with marketing lead to track Innovation of Projects(Terra Venture).
• Manage interfaces among various functions involved in innovation, renovation, Brand Led Growth projects (Marketing, SM, SC/ SUIT, Regulatory);
• Organise and manage the required trials in laboratory and factory as well as necessary industrial trials in the various Sourcing Units involved in the project (both during Feasibility and Capability phase)
• Manage a portfolio of projects delivering on a range of timescales depending on complexity.
• Support efficient development with Marketing/SC of transferred products within BSPAN countries and Co-makers/Co-packers.
• Manage the current product portfolio in terms of technical activities (Artworks/GDA/Nutrition values, etc) coordinating a group of people.
• Manage the product portfolio in terms of Technical Regulations in region. Develop and support effective relationship with main Stakeholders (Industrial associations/Unions, Authority) for elimination of barriers to IC business.
• Budget holder for projects industrial trials.

The JH will be supported by a project team (e.g. R&D: packaging development, process development, Master Blenders, data management team) and will have to manage the interface with several other functions and their work stream: SM, Supply Chain (Suit, Technical), Marketing, Regulatory, Procurement.Key contacts:

Skills and Experiences

• Deep technical knowledge on product, product formulation, ingredients, existing process
• Good understanding of new technologies, a general knowledge of packaging (material, process, interaction with product) and of main business KPI.
• Good knowledge of consumers and relevant markets (working with CTI, CMI and Marketing where necessary);
• Be a creative problem solver and user development tools like Risk Analysis, Swot analysis, Design-HACCP, Quality in Innovation, Open Innovation to assure the OTIF delivery of all Innovation projects.
• Excellent project management skills, especially in new food product development
• Advanced PC user
• SAP User
