We reward employees with competitive pay and incentives to recognizeskills,competencies, and contributionsto business results.???ROLE DEFINITION?The Lab Technician will be responsible for safe testing of Adhesives Samples, summarizing test results, documenting & communicating to global stakeholders. S/he will independently be managing & working out of the mini-scale laboratory unit at DuPont Knowledge Center in Hyderabad. RESPONSIBILITIES DESCRIPTION?Your key responsibilities will be:?

• Lab sampling and lab testing activities at DKC
• Simulation trials in Lab
• Lab support to sales and customers for quick analysis and trouble shooting
• Placing lab sample requests for internal / external trials / testing
• Lab equipment set-up and maintenance
• Lab technical records and data management
• Lab safety and housekeeping management
• Lab supply purchase and management

JOB QUALIFICATIONS?Education and work experience:

• Any Science Diploma/Degree/PG - Specialized in Chemical Engg. or Polymers or Material Science
• 1-2 years of relevant experience as Laboratory Technician in Polymers/Material Science Domain

Specific knowledge & skills:

• Good communication, presentation, and leadership skills
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, and external partners
• Ability to conduct research and present data in a succinct and well-written manner
• Ability to work independently and with professional discretion
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, out of the box thinker, able to solve problems

• Shift timings: 9 AM to 5 PM
• Work Model: 100% on-site (WFO)
• Cab transport provided
