Overview The role is responsible to co-ordinate and ensures sampling and quality testing and data collection of RMPM and FG for reporting purpose. Responsibilities Perform sampling, testing and monitoring of raw & packaging materials as per defined frequencies from Plant and third-party raw material storages. Ensure collection, labeling, storage of PepsiCo reference samples of PC and NPC lines as per samples retention protocol and ensure availability of samples for any research or investigation purposes (root cause analysis of complaint handling etc.) Sample collection of finished products (PC & NPC) for process and packaging quality walls as per standard sampling plan. Ensure oil quality analysis at receiving and during operation which includes FFA, POV and OV. Ensure sampling, analysis and clearance in SAP of all RMPM analysis. Routine and scheduled calibrations of lab equipment as per ASHA requirement. Make sure shiftly deep cleaning of Lab equipment and ensure 5S. DECISION MAKING AUTHORITY Assess the processes and products for risks of QA and food safety or food defense and take immediate action (corrective / preventive) to eliminate risk. Block any product or process observed with QA and/ or food safety risk. JOB DIMENSIONS 1. SCOPE: All RMPM sampling analysis and clearance. 2. GEOGRAPHY: Based at Sundar plant, Lahore 3. NUMBER OF CUSTOMERS: Supply Chain, Agro, R&D, Production 4. NUMBER OF SITES: One Sundar Plant, Lahore Qualifications Knowledge/Skill 1. BS/MS Food Technology Good knowledge of material testing and quality assessment Knowledge of quality and food safety standards (preferably lead auditor) Experience Fresh or 1-2years experience.
