OverviewWe are seeking applications for the post of ?QHSE Coordinator?. The incumbent will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and implementing Company?s Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) management system.If this exciting opportunity interests you and you meet the criteria below, please apply.Main Responsibilities:?Communicates information on the QHSE Management System throughout the warehouse and promotes health, safety and environment awareness through various communication channels i.e., training, campaigns, flyers, discussions, emails etc. in consultation with all relevant members.?Prepare QHSE documentation for clients/projects as per the requirements and in consultation with the operations team.?Develop, implement, and encourage the behavioral based safety culture in the warehouse through safe job observations and audits.?Actively participate in the HSE incident investigations and prepare required reports in consultation with management.Skills, Qualifications & Experience:?Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience in warehousing at a multinational or renowned local logistics company.?Graduation degree preferably in related field from reputable institution.?Proficient knowledge of warehouse procedure and policies.?Ability to influence individuals and teams in order to achieve set or desired goals and objectives.?Must have good management, interpersonal and communication skills.?Strong command over Microsoft Office and other related software.
