Its teaching hospital, the Aga Khan University Hospital has been accredited by the prestigious Joint Commission International for achieving the highest international healthcare standards.Job Role / Responsibilities:You will be responsible for:

  • implementation and supervision of research projects; assist supervisor in the development of research instruments for the projects according to their objectives
  • developsing and tracking project milestones, deliverables, risks, action items, and decisions, using appropriate tools
  • developing SOPs for the project and administrative processes and procedures to facilitate standardized practices, hiring, and training of resources as per project requirements
  • evaluating the performance of the team and giving feedback, conducting internal audits, ensuring quality, and reporting to the Principal investigators with recommendations
  • collaborating with clinical leads, researchers, data scientists and engineers, IT, HR and Finance to ensure the smooth running of projects? activities within the settings
  • working closely with the other internal and external collaborators, creating agendas, coordinating meetings, and reporting progress to PI
  • managing the existing grants and strategically planning resources to ensure the smooth running of research grants and contracts as well as
  • managing the administrative aspect of various grants
  • preparing financial or budget plans and allocation along with the finance department in accordance with each requirement
  • assisting the supervisor in ensuring that the University is complying with all the grant agreements, budget, and the agency requirements as agreed.
  • completing IRB applications for research projects and writing grant progress reports to the funding agencies
  • preparing and compiling study progressÿ
  • presenting the study results as per the requirement.
Eligibility Criteria / Requirements:You should have:
  • a Masters degree in relevant field from an HEC recognised university. However, certifications in research would be an added advantage.
  • at least five years of relevant experience with a healthcare organisation. Prior project management experience is preferred.
  • excellent planning, management, and coordination skills
  • good networking and interpersonal skills
  • capacity to conduct qualitative & quantitative research.
  • familiarity with healthcare data analytics
  • ability to work with minimal supervision and resolve issues independently.
  • demonstratable writing, editing, and analytical skills.
  • ability to communicate clearly and efficiently.
