Motive serves more than 120,000 businesses, across a wide range of industries including trucking and logistics, construction, oil and gas, food and beverage, field service, agriculture, passenger transit, and delivery.Motive is proud to be a Forbes Cloud 100 company and a 2020 Career-Launching Company by Wealthfront.About the Role:Our Technical Support department is seeking a Project Coordinator to join the Enablement & Operations team. ?The position will support the Director of Support Operations & Enablement? with projects, calendaring, communications, and other support. ?The role will require an understanding of Project Management. Will work closely with cross functional teams as well as all management to give updates, implementations changes and overall project status. ?The successful candidate will need to work with little supervision on daily assignments and must be able to take initiative in all tasks.What You?ll Do:

  • This role will ensure management is informed of all new initiatives, meeting project timelines, and communicating to cross-functional department leaders.
  • Help organize and prioritize Operations projects and deliverables, working with international teams.
  • Act on behalf of management in regards to establishing priorities and identifying and resolving problems that are administrative in nature.
  • Perform analysis related to customer insights when requested.
  • Compose and draft documents and correspondence for presentations, presentation handouts, and reports; perform substantial editing and fact checking. Create, maintain, modify, and/or ensure accuracy of content in various unit documents, displays, reports, and/or websites.
  • Plan and schedule calendar(s) with limited consultation, resolve calendaring conflicts.
  • May lead staff or supervise day-to-day work of temporary workers, including scheduling, assigning, and prioritizing workloads, setting appropriate deadlines, reviewing work for quality and timeliness, and providing performance review input.
  • Maintain project timeline and deliverable schedules.
What We?re Looking For:
  • Experience in Project Management or administrative duties with an emphasis on Customer Service
  • Experience working with call centers or in-house customer support teams
  • Proven friendly demeanor
  • Ability to deliver multiple complex projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail
  • Executive level interpersonal, project management, writing, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Prior success handling/executing multiple high impact, fast paced/collaborative projects.
  • Ability to remain organized in a fast-paced environment, while managing multiple projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
