Its teaching hospital, the Aga Khan University Hospital has been accredited by the prestigious Joint Commission International for achieving the highest international healthcare standards.Job Role / Responsibilities:As a Programmer Analyst, you will be responsible for working on many different aspects related to healthcare software and other interrelated applications.Specifically, you will be responsible to.

  • work in one or more modules of Hospital Information Systems & Electronic Health Records solution
  • identify requirements by establishing personal rapport with clients and with other persons in a position to understand service requirements
  • confirms program operation by conducting tests, modifying program sequence and/or codes
  • build dictionaries, clinical documents and application configurations in EHR implementation.
  • get functional knowledge of multiple EHR applications and train the superusers accordingly.
  • support end users and resolve day to day issues under guidance from the supervisor
  • maintain applications systems documentation and project documentation.
Eligibility Criteria / Requirements:
  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science/Engineering; MBA in MIS
  • appropriate knowledge and understanding of software engineering, object-oriented analysis & design as well as hands-on skills pertaining to programming languages including VB6, VB.Net, ASP.Net, object-oriented programming, N-tier application development, web-based applications and mobile application development.
  • good communication skills
  • ability to work in teams.
