Job Description

Job Purpose To be involved in and support in production operations to contribute to the growth and profitability of GlaxoSmithKline through processing of Tablet products, in accordance with the compliance of GlaxoSmithKline code of GMP and to fulfil the local regulatory requirement, using all the available resources to the maximum advantage of the company and customer satisfaction.Education & ExperienceB TechDAE1-2 years of relevant experienceKey Responsibilities

  • Execute the activities as per the daily planning by management and work schedule with area manager/Supervisor and execution of tasks assigned.
  • To execute the operation involved in the following areas:
  • Tablet Blistering
  • Tablet Filling
  • Tablet Packaging
  • To run the machines with safety and quality standards.
  • To contribute and participate in achieving OEE targets of production lines.
  • To ensure timely filling of batch documents and logbook.
  • To perform electrical/mechanical trouble shooting of machine during any potential break downs.
  • Ensure the punctuality and complete assigned task given by FLL.
  • Check and maintain and all relevant records of operations in compliance with SOP.
  • Ensure the operations run with meeting all pre-determined standards including the Challenges test and IPC & area/line clearance etc.
  • To maintain and ensure the delivery of batch related documents in a timely manner.
  • To ensure compliance with GMP and QMS within department by applying GQPs, GQGs and GQMP?s.
  • Raise ZAPs, conduct CI?s and execute SIP & QIP related projects.
  • All EHS & Quality standard implementation and proper status labelling on machine parts and cubicles.
