Job Description

Job PurposeThe purpose of this job is to supervise the packaging operations of cephalosporin oral SKUs; capsules, tablets so the products are delivered and supplied in full and on time to the patients at the end of our supply chain.Education, Experience & Skills

  • Pharm-D
  • 1-5 years experience
  • QMS & EHS trainings and skills required
Key Responsibilities1.Production:
  • Tosupervise Manufacturing &fillingoperationstoachievetheproductionplanontime
  • Ensure MaximumutilizationofresourcesfordeliveryofqualityproductsandtoimproveKPIs.
  • Ensure to conduct line level meeting andupdatingofproductionvisualboards.
  • Ensure Production Plan adherence of assigned line/area.
  • Timelyreportingofissues and breakdowns
  • UseSAPforassigned task related to manufacturing and filling area.
2.QualityCompliances:
  • Make surerightfirst-timeperformance of assigned Line/area.
  • Performtimelyin-processesandlineclearanceactivities of assigned Line/area.
  • Complete all assigned actions of Audits of assigned Line/area.
  • Ensure Quality compliance requirements of assigned Line/area.
  • Ensure DI & Audit trail requirements of assigned Line/area.
  • Timely raise deviations and Change controls of assigned Line/area.
3.EHS:
  • Conducting EHS Riskassessment of assigned Line/area
  • Ensuretheembeddingoflivingsafetyculture
  • Ensure EHS compliance requirements of Line
  • EnsureLOTOapplicationintheareaof responsibility
