Job Description

  • Spearheading the strategy for the IoT Connectivity & Platforms Vertical
  • Manage the P&L for the associated product streams with respect to revenue and base KPIs
  • Grow the base and revenues for the IoT Connectivity & Platforms product lines
  • Management of product lifecycles for the associated product streams
  • Generate insights from various data sources to drive product roadmaps for all future developments and enhancements
  • Establish Product level partnerships to generate/enhance new and existing revenue streams
  • Scout for new business opportunities under the IoT Connectivity & Platforms ambit to raise/support sustainable business lines
  • Manage operations life cycle to enhance customer experience
Your Typical Day will look like:
  • Support Sales Channels to achieve product revenue targets
  • Attend customer meetings/engagements to gather requirements for solution provisioning
  • Stakeholder management across functions (Sales, Technology, System & Process, Channel Planning, Finance, Product Development, Customer Support, etc.) for the achievement of various strategic and operational KPIs
  • Market size prospects and prepare business cases to assess the viability of potential business opportunities
  • Hold trainings and refreshers for IoT Partners and Sales Channels
  • Prepare and present analysis and insights on the health of the portfolio to the Management and take corrective measures to ensure growth and stability across product streams
  • Practice Agile/Scrum way of work for daily tasks
  • Engage and solve Level 1 and Level 2 support queries from the clients

Head of IoTWhat were looking for:Education:MBA/BBA/MSCS/BSCS/EquivalentWork experience:5-7 Years of Product Management Experience preferably within the IOT Vertical with experience in managing a team of diverse individuals.Functional Skills/Knowledge Areas:
  • Strong business acumen
  • Strong commercial/marketing skills
  • Strong Interpersonal skills
  • Strong business communication skills (Verbal & Written)
  • Go-getter attitude in challenging environment
  • Strong command over MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Strong stakeholder management abilities
  • Subject matter expert on IoT with in-depth knowledge in IoT Connectivity and Platforms and their working
  • Familiar to tools like Jira, Slack, Trello, etc
