Black & Grey HR is recruiting for an exciting HealthTech Company based out in Lahore, Pakistan. Our client is looking to hire a Product Designer who will take on complex interaction and service design challenges, follow the research and data-driven design approach, and work on the big new ideas we have waiting in our pipeline. He will be collaborating with design-oriented engineers, product managers, designers, and researchers in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment.?- Well-versed designer with a focus on UI and UX- A strong sense of business needs and an understanding of all business aspects. You should be able to think of all stakeholders, not just the end-user.- An impressive portfolio of previous work- A deep understanding of micro interactions in use (on mobile, web, desktop, etc.)- Should have shipped the product. You have been through release cycles and understand what matters at each stage. You know how to convert feedback into meaningful action, how to drive engineers to achieve the right finish, and have a strong eye for identifying possible risks at each stage.- Prototyping on multiple platforms- Previous experience in shipping something across multiple platforms. You know what translates from desktop and what doesnt, and why youd opt for one solution on iOS and another on Android.Requirements- Work with product managers to define requirements and draw the best design ideas from the team.- Regularly interact with an experienced C-Level team, doubling up as your mentors to help you grow.- Work with the end-users (i.e. Patients and Doctors), the Chief Product Officer, engineers, and a solution architect/technical business analyst- Use research and data-driven design approach- Work closely with our product teams for user research and testing to make all our designing user-centric.- PrototypingBenefitsAttractive salary + Benefits.
