We reward employees with competitive pay and incentives torecognizeskills,competencies,andcontributionstobusiness results.???As a Process Improvement Leader, you will be a part of theGlobal Sourcing&LogisticsService Center organization and will be responsible for building the Continual Improvement DNA through Lean Six Sigma, developing aproblem-solving culture where problems are made visible and fixed at the root cause. You will be supporting development of Sourcing & Logistics strategies to deliver measurable financial/value add benefits. You work closely with the Internal and External Stakeholders to develop Value Creation, Customer/ClientSatisfaction and process optimization solutions.Key Responsibilities include:? Development of Lean Six Sigma capability within the organization? Mentor and coach to successful completion of the Lean and Six Sigma projects? Assure identification of improvement opportunities and receive projects as per Section Leads with in each section and create Project Charters? Analyze KPI metrics and help develop improvement strategies? Lead quality control, review, work closely with BRRP and Service Center quality team if required S&L Quality team as well? Assure that, all project deliverables fully support the business objective, and all work is completed in a manner that meets the time, quality and cost (if any) requirements of the project.? Supports and leverages process for sharing best practice? Work with appropriate Leadership team in and outside Service Center to provide and secure subject matter expertise for key steps in the process? Drive fact base creation and problem-solving approach to develop strategy or optimization recommendation? Perform RCA?s for the complains/Escalations and establish sustainable actions plansMandatory Skill Sets/Experience:? Minimum Bachelor?s Degree? Minimum of 5+ Yrs. of overall experience out of which minimum of 2-3 years in driving/leading Process Excellence.? Well versed Lean & Six Sigma Principles & Tools and should be at least Green Belt Certified? Should have led & mentored green belt or lean projects? Excellent Verbal & Written Communication Skills? Strong leadership skills, strong problem solving and analytical skills? Experience in Sourcing & Procurement Domain? Well versed with Minitab and MS OfficeDesired to have:? Black Belt certification? Experience in Procurement System (SAP Exp.)? Good Multitasking, prioritization, time management skills?
