The role of an RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Manager involves managing the overall RPA program within an organization. The RPA Manager is responsible for implementing and overseeing automation projects, ensuring that they meet the goals and objectives of the organization, and delivering the expected business benefits.Key Responsibilities:Defining and implementing the RPA strategy for the organization, including identifying areas for automation and evaluating potential tools and technologies.Developing and managing the RPA project roadmap, including prioritizing initiatives, setting timelines, and managing resources.Coordinating with other departments within the organization to identify opportunities for automation and ensure that RPA projects are aligned with broader business objectives.Provide training and support to the testing team on automated testing processes, tools, and best practices.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new developments in automation testing technologies, and assess their potential impact on the testing processes.Led the design and development of automated processes, working closely with process owners to ensure that automation solutions meet business needs.Managing the implementation and deployment of RPA solutions, including testing and training.Monitoring the performance of RPA solutions and ensuring that they continue to meet business requirements.Identifying and managing risks associated with RPA implementation, including data security and compliance.Building and managing a team of RPA developers and analysts, providing coaching and mentoring to team members to ensure their continued growth and development.Key Qualifications:At least a bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.At least 5 years of working experience in the Automation field.Having a good understanding of programming concepts and languages like Java or any other languages like python, .NET, JavaScript, etc.Proficiency in automation tools and frameworks, such as Selenium, UiPath, Scrappy, ROBOT, Power automate, Playwright, etc.Expertise in setting up Automation Suites in CI/CD Environments like JenkinsShould have excellent project management skills to manage RPA implementation projects effectively. This includes planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.Experience in developing or using Rest APIsAdvanced analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience with Databases (SQL or NoSQL) is often preferred.Familiar with the version control system, such as Git or SVN, to manage test scripts and code changes.Basic knowledge of Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI). Should have excellent communication skills to work effectively with various stakeholders, including developers, business analysts, and end-users.Comfortable researching client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices, and new technologies.
