Last Date to Apply:30th June, 2022Employment Type:This is a full-time position.Grade:This is a contract based role.Location:This role is based in Islamabad, Pakistan.Flexibility model: HybridAbout the Role:This role will be responsible for gathering, cleaning, and studying data sets to help solve problems including evaluation, target setting, and reporting of energy Infrastructure at BTS sites and datacenters.Your Impactful Goals will include:

• Individual shall advise organization to take steps to adopt innovative processes to achieve high performance of Network with respect to KPIs e.g. NAR, TCH, OPEX.
• Manage routine monthly tasks effectively in coordination with network operations teams.
• Design and maintain data systems and databases.

Your Typical Day will look like:

• Mining data from primary and secondary sources, then reorganizing said data in a format that can be easily read by either human or machine.
• Using statistical tools to interpret data sets, paying particular attention to trends and patterns that could be valuable for diagnostic and predictive analytics efforts.
• Preparing reports for executive leadership that effectively communicate trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data.
• Collaborating with programmers, engineers, and organizational leaders to identify opportunities for process improvements, recommend system modifications, and develop policies for data governance.
• Creating appropriate documentation that allows stakeholders to understand the steps of the data analysis process and duplicate or replicate the analysis if necessary.
• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
• Network performance management including pre-post impact assessment of Initiatives
• Preparing reports and dashboards to track and monitor energy performance & recommend ways for overall improvement of site KPIs
• Use case designing of KPIs, reports, dashboards and automated tasks
• Reducing daily man hours through automation of multiple dashboards and reports
• Enhanced visibility of network performance through introducing multiple dashboards using MS Excel and Power BI
• Improved synergy between Planning & Operations teams to identify, register and resolve challenges.

• Minimum 5 Years
• Work experience as a data analyst or in a related field.
• Ability to analyse existing tools and databases and provide software solution recommendations.
• Ability to translate business requirements into non-technical, lay terms.
• High-level experience in methodologies and processes for managing large-scale databases.
• Demonstrated experience in handling large data sets and relational databases.
• Understanding of addressing and metadata standards.

.Functional Skills/Knowledge Areas:

• High-level written and verbal communication skills as well as presentation skills.
• Subject position requires strong, in depth understanding of data architecture and innovative tools in the world on analytics.
• knowledge of database languages such as SQL, R, or Python; spreadsheet tools such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; and data visualization software such as KNIME, Tableau, Microsoft Power BI or Qlik
• Mathematical and statistical skills to gather, measure, organize, and analyze data
• Microsoft Excel. Google Sheets, SQL., tableau, , SAS, , Jupyter Notebooks
• Design experience of renewable and DC power systems
• Computer literacy for energy softwares shall be given preference.
• Ability to work independently as well as a part of a team.
• Ability to work in challenging environment and under stress.
