Job Description

Last Date to Apply:1st November, 2022Employment Type:This is a full-time position.Grade:This is a contract based position.Location:This role is based in Islamabad, Pakistan.Flexibility model: On-SiteAbout the Role:PMO will be responsible for planning, execution and successful delivery of assigned project.Your Impactful Goals will include:

  • Project, Program and Portfolio Management
  • Internal and External Stakeholder Management
  • Supply chain and inventory Management
  • Vendor Management, Contract Management
  • Timely Project delivery with Quality
  • Project scheduling, Risk Assessment
  • Managing and supervising project calendar
  • Financial discipline Management
  • Effective Project Reporting
  • Coordination with USF Team for required approvals.
  • Coordination with USF for smooth execution of projects
Your typical day at work
  • Establish and maintain a dashboard for management?s view on Portfolio Management.
  • Preparation and Documentation for meetings.
  • Maintaining records and repository/database of all the essential documentation of Projects/Portfolio
  • Planning, tracking, and ensuring project milestones delivery
  • Reporting and documentation
  • Develop an integrated team environment to achieve the monthly targets & to make sure the project delivery in time
  • Build/Establish PMO KPIs and periodic monitoring and status reporting of the same
  • Coordination & Followup with Vendor for project update and delivery
  • Coordination between teams to for understanding of plans.
  • Coordination with external stakeholders for smooth execution of projects.
What are you looking for?Education: Bachelor in Engineering/Science/Computer/BusinessWork experience:
  • At least 6/7 years of experience of working with a Telecom vendor or an operator in similar role
  • Good understanding of Telco Network RAN Implementation
  • Experience of handling budgetary issues with necessary tracking, forecasting and business case presentation
  • Presentation and Reporting skills
  • Experience of working in role which involved vendor management
