This position is responsible for Production planning along with coordination between Sales, Customer service & Production teams for efficient service delivery
Roles & Responsibilities

Consolidate the SKU wise demand for the next week to arrive at loading on each machine / line
Finalize the schedule/sequence on each production line basis of dispatch priorities and minimum changeover/downtime requirements.
Check RMPM availability for the above mentioned schedule & rearrange the sequence / product if there is any concern
Check any other constraints of production (like manpower, project work, trials) on each line & incorporate the same in the schedule.
Create Final Production batches in ERP system.
Link the production batches with Sales order for specific printing instruction to appear on batch ticket
Update PE Date / Lot numbers / Barcode for all the Production batches.
Analyze the Production Plan Compliance report of previous week & update the reasons for non-conformance in EBS to unit Supply chain

Work experience requirement
Total work experience in Supply Chain for 8+ years.
5+ years? experience in similar role in the assigned in FMCG, preferably dealing with food (Supply chain Management) for Demand & Supply Plan.
Qualification
Must have a Bachelor degree in business or management related field.
MBA degree in business or management related field is desirable.
