The HR Ops. Specialist will help manage and upkeep our HRIS and employee records, making sure all data is accurate and up-to-date. Seek to improve processes to be more scalable and efficient to better serve the Motive team globally. Be the front-line point person to answer employee questions on all HR topics and triage to functional HR experts as needed. Be the main point of contact for offboarding, ensuring a positive and smooth employee transition.What Were Looking For:

  • You understand the importance of a strong onboarding program and will ensure a positive onboarding experience for all new hires.
  • You have a roll up your sleeves attitude and can adapt in a fast-paced environment, while at the same time providing great Customer Service.
  • You dont wait to be asked to do something, you take initiative and identify process improvements.
  • You have an exceptional commitment to confidentiality and discretion with highly sensitive information.
  • You have 2 + years experience as an HR Generalist, People Operations, or a similar role, preferably in the technology industry
  • 1+ years of experience in Global Mobility i.e., relocation, immigration is ideal
  • You have superior written, verbal communication and high attention to detail.
  • You enjoy working in a team, partnering with the rest of the People team as well as stakeholders across Motive.
  • You have a Bachelors degree
