Visit our careers website to learn more about opportunities at Motive.About the Role:We currently have an opportunity for a Payroll Analyst with 3+ years of experience, reporting to the U.S. Senior Global Payroll Manager. The successful candidate will have previous experience with United States payroll standards; including, special payments, taxable benefits, standard and non-standard deductions. This role will service 1,000 plus employees across multiple business units, ensuring the proper and timely execution of a semi- monthly payroll and managing payroll inbox on a daily basis.What Youll Do:

  • Workday/ADP Integration
  • Maintain ADP time tracking system
  • Update 401k changes in ADP
  • Run ADP payroll reports for other departments
  • Enter new hires in the ADP system and turn off benefits for terminated employees
  • Respond to verification of employment requests
  • Manage payroll inbox
  • Set up new tax jurisdictions for local and state
What Were Looking For:
  • 3+ years of proven experience as a payroll professional.
  • Experience in data collection., entry and reporting with great attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Great understanding of United States payroll principles, calculations, taxes, and benefits.
  • Computer savvy with knowledge of ADP Workforce Now software or similar systems.
  • High school diploma, degree or equivalent.
  • Fluent in English.
