Site Name: Pakistan - Sindh - Karachi Posted Date: Jan 23 2023 Job Purpose: The ICSS P2P performs compliance check for sensitive purchase category, down payment, and vendor invoice scanning & processing, manage the relevant KPI, resolve escalation problem and provide value added service. Education and Experience: Bachelors in Accounting & Finance/MBA (Finance) 1-2 years of relevant experience Key Responsibilities: Timely processing of invoices, credit / debit notes, down payment, manual payment requests etc in SAP. Responding to vendor queries and ensuring timely resolution of all queries. Perform Vendor GL Reconciliation. Preparation of Balance Sheet Reconciliations (BSRs) as per policy and loading them on Cadency. Resolving any open items within a defined time limit. Performance of ICFW controls on a timely basis to ensure compliance and avoidance of future errors Monitoring of Open PO?s, GRNI and unpaid / overdue invoices and coordinating with the stakeholders. Closely work with BU to ensure the process service are provided timely and accurately and resolve issues being raised. Monitor & take relevant actions based on KPIs, utilizing Global KPIs where possible Support to internal and external audit as per requests Fully comply with the company?s polices/standards, and the local laws and regulations Comply with and complete requests and ad hoc & other assignment from line manager Facilitate Employee vendor creation requests.
