Overview:The incumbent will be responsible to perform operational tasks for smooth execution & transportation of shipments, which includes, collection of DOs, coordination with carriers, operational team and other stakeholders, record keeping etc.If this exciting opportunity interests you and you meet the criteria below, please apply.Roles & Responsibilities:?Handling / handing over of shipments to concerned carriers at the airport in coordination with own office and customs clearing party.?Ensure apparent sound packing of goods and proper labeling of each box.?Finalizing AWB in accordance with final weight, dimensions as confirmed by the booking carriers.?Responsible to attach documents required to travel with AWB/Cargo as per customer instructions.?Collection of DOs for import shipments from airport and keeping its record.?Preparation and collection of billing pertaining to custom clearance and transportation of shipments.?Maintain strong coordination with operations team for smooth execution of shipments.Skills, Qualifications & Experience:?Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience in air freight operations at a multinational or renowned local logistics company.?Intermediate degree preferably in related field from reputable institution.?Proficient knowledge of warehouse procedure and policies.?Must have good management, interpersonal and communication skills.
