At least 2 years business experience preferably in O2C processes Familiar with SAP functionalities Good verbal and written communication skills Action orientated to deliver results under time pressure Job Responsibilities Managing the timely recording and settlement of import and Clearing agent bills Review controls and BSRs on monthly basis and report credit controller the areas where improvement actions required Manage timely processing of claims with close coordination to sales team Develop and monitor a tracker for claims Ensure timely recording of accruals/JVs on month end for smooth closing Deliver KPIs and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) in liaison with the businesses and work with stakeholders to ensure regular review meetings done to identify continuous improvement in ways of working Create customer finance related information when new customer created in the system in line with finance approvals Create & maintain pricing conditions in customer master data when requested by CTC team.
