Nurse Instructor, Nursing Education ServicesEntity: Aga Khan University HospitalLocation: Karachi, PakistanIntroduction:Aga Khan University Hospital invites applications for the position of Nurse Instructor.Job Role / Responsibilities:

  • Develop and conduct courses pertaining to the orientation, basic skills training, in service, continuing education and sessions for the development of nursing services/support services employees
  • plan, develop and organize programmes, courses, workshop to meet broad nursing needs and institutional patient care objective
  • evaluate the effectiveness of individual learning and groups
  • ensure that educational programmes are congruent with organizational goal
  • coordinates and conducts different american heart association courses and prepares reports as per devised format
Eligibility Criteria / RequirementsYou must have;
  • A baccalaureate degree in nursing (bscn) from an accredited school.
  • valid license from pakistan nursing council.
  • Certification in:
    • BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP (Provider/Instructor)
    • Safe Medication Administration
    • Intravenous Cannulation
    • Procedural Sedation
  • minimum 3 years of experience as registered nurse.
  • in-depth knowledge of nursing policies and processes.
  • excellent decision making and problem-solving skills.
  • readiness to work in flexible hours.
