With more than 3.500 patent families essential for 5G we have a strong 5G portfolio and are a front runner in open and virtualized radio access networks (O-RAN and vRAN).NPO Team Lead position will be part of Local Delivery Organization, HUB Pakistan.Radio Network Engineer specialized on optimization of 3G/LTE Networks with our clients globally. Thisrequires high capability , skills, pressure handling and competent resource.End to end ownership to region, team engagement, follow-ups, customer handling skills is a must.What you will learn and contribute toAre you passionate about solving problems?As part of our team, you will:

  • Setting, planning and execution for the Network strategy in terms of coverage, mobility and User perspective.Network & Service Optimization and Network Designing skills
  • Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope, perform Network expansion and capacity studies
  • Revising Radio KPIs formulas and defining new ones when needed, deep investigations and troubleshooting experience using various tools and techniques
  • Preparation and execution for high level management presentations including managerial and technical details
  • Skilled in producing documents and presentations aimed at both a technical and a non-technical audience
Your skills and experienceYou have:
  • More than 10 years of experience
  • Holds Bachelor degree from reputable University
  • Good Communication skills
  • Result Oriented
It would be nice if you also had:
  • 2G Optimization Knowledge
  • ATOLL
