Job Description

Inbox Business Technologies, a leading provider of information technology and services, is seeking a Network and System Support Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our network and computer systems, and providing technical support to our staff and clients. This is a challenging role that requires a high level of technical knowledge and excellent customer service skills.Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain the companys network and computer systems to ensure maximum uptime and performance
  • Troubleshoot network and system problems as they arise, and work to identify and resolve underlying issues
  • Install and configure new hardware and software as needed
  • Provide technical support to staff and clients, both in person and remotely
  • Collaborate with other IT staff to develop and implement new systems and processes
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all network and system configurations
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest advances in networking and computer technology, and recommend new tools and procedures to senior management
