About this opportunity!Implementation Management function is needed to manage the implementation services internally, effectively, and efficiently while also supporting Commercial engagements with technical advice. The Implementation manager should have a hybrid mentality when delivering the project. He adheres to responsible business practices ensuring compliance to group, legal & financial directives, global & local Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), information/product security & privacy, and using relevant processes & tools. He ensures that the implementation of Network for MW projects is completed by managing the field team, interfacing with the customer technically, handling ASPs, support in ordering material, reporting to the customer project manager for project delivery in accordance with Ericsson instructions, quality requirements and within project cost, time, quality, and scope.What you will do

  • Scope alignment with the customer.
  • Plan the scope implementation according to agreed timeline
  • Define number of sub-contractors required to meet the target as per the agreed scope
  • Assign the scope to approved sub-contractors according to the approved budget by the procurement
  • Agree and handshake the target and project delivery cycle with the sub- contractors
  • Manage the kick-off meeting with all stakeholders
  • Support customer project manager for ordering the material
  • PO issuance to the sub-contractors
  • Manage the daily implementation rollout with the coordinator, ASP, and site supervisor
  • Manage design changes raised during implementation
  • Implementation progress reporting to all stakeholders
  • Must have a deep understanding of MW technology.
  • Manage technical meetings with all stakeholders
  • Manage quality assurance within implementation rollout
  • Ensuring EHS is followed strictly
  • Manage Pre-PAT activity and comments clearance
  • Manage site handover, PAT, and Oil clearance with all stakeholders
  • Contributing to closing the project with the customer project manager
  • Justify and update all customer penalty reports for the delay in installation, integration, PAT, As built, oil clearance, PAT failure, MDT exceeded, TT SLA exceeded.
You will bring!
  • Years of experience: 5 to 15 years in MW Network Implementation
  • Bachelor?s degree in (electrical / communication/ computer) / engineering
  • PMP is a plus
  • Knows how to communicate well in English and Arabic
  • Domain-experience: MW transmission network
  • Problem solving and decision-making abilities to cope up with implementation issues
  • Delivering results & meeting customer expectations
  • You will plan, coordinate, lead and supervise
  • Following processes, procedures, and instructions
  • Deciding and initiating action
  • knowledgeable in the work area of responsibility
  • Should have experience in customer relations and great technical skills
  • Awareness of all EHS statutory requirements.
