Responsible for overseeing and managing the companys information systems to ensure that data is effectively collected, stored, and utilized. The role involves strategic planning, system administration, and coordination with other departments to improve the companys information management.
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and implement MIS strategies and policies aligned with organizational goals.
Manage and maintain company-wide information systems, ensuring their effectiveness, efficiency, and security.
Lead and mentor the MIS team, providing guidance on system usage, troubleshooting, and best practices.
Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of MIS projects, ensuring they meet deadlines and budget constraints.
Ensure accurate and secure data storage, backup, and recovery processes.
Coordinate with other departments to integrate MIS with other business systems and processes.
Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, including negotiating contracts and ensuring service quality.
Develop and manage reports and dashboards to provide insights into system performance and data trends.
Power BI understanding and application development
Ensure that the company?s information systems comply with relevant regulations and standards.
KPIs
Implementation of Sales Force Automation
Ensure Timely Circulation of DSR, ECO, FCS, OSA and other reports
Compilation & Maintenance of Customer Master file
Conducting Effective Business Review Meetings
Development of Customer Creation SOP and Controls
Work experience requirement
Proven experience in MIS management or a similar role.
Strong understanding of information systems, databases, and data management practices.
Excellent leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., MIS, Power BI, SQL, ERP systems, business intelligence tools).
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
Qualification
Bachelors degree preferably in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications include:
Master?s degree in a relevant field.
Certification in relevant technologies or methodologies (e.g., PMP, ITIL).
