To strengthen the medical operational interface by working with the Medical Affairs, Medical Governance, and Therapeutic Area teams.
To implement smooth execution of medical educational and strategic activities and facilitate identification of strategies and tactics that enable the affiliate Medical team to deliver greater value to customers and Internal/External stakeholders and achieve department goals subsequently achieving organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for coordination on current systems/processes in order to maintain various KPIs trackers
Where required the MOM will act as an originator as well as a reviewer for promotional and non-promotional material.
Support the development, roll out and operational logistics of processes on the LOC level often aligning to global programs of work
Manage budgeting/ accruals on medical activities for the medical team to ensure that all activities are being conducted within the defined budget and timelines and take necessary action
Responsible for the deployment and implementation of the CRM system within the Medical Dept.
