Overview Manage inflow of RPM inventory from various import and local suppliers to inhouse & External RPM warehouses. The incumbent will directly be responsible for running MRP for 70+ SKUs and prepare purchase and fetching plan of all local and imported materials. Responsibilities Material planning for snacks of all direct materials including cartons, laminates, corn for all SKUs. Liaison with production planner on daily basis and ensure the MPS is followed strictly, and no changes are driven due to material shortage. Timely fetching of RPM and timely intimation to suppliers. Come up with an OTIF and Quality scorecard for all material suppliers and share with GP & SP. Follow up with suppliers for timely deliveries. Monitor labor optimization, storage optimization, FIFO, FEFO analysis through various dashboard. Connect with suppliers to come up with inbound optimization projects. Connect with WH handlers to optimize racking usage, bring in new technological solutions in terms of equipment required Implement VMI and monitor daily stocks at suppliers. BC analysis for inventory and optimizing space utilization by keeping optimum levels of power SKUs. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs) Zero downtime on machines due to material shortage Less than 1% material unavailability Tracking supplier OTIF and timely fetching Decreasing DOH by inventory optimization Qualifications Knowledge/Skill ú Graduate/Master?s in business or any other area. ú Material Planning/Warehousing/Inventory Management, Custom knowledge. ú Has demonstrated the ability to handle the success in ensuring supply through correct and timely material planning and coordination with key stakeholders (internal and external). Experience ú 3-4 years of experience in relevant field. ú Expertise in SAP MRP, Excel, Power Bi. ú Purchasing - call offs ú Materials Management ú Data analytics ú Ability to influence implement change.
