As a Master Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs to new and existing employees, as well as conducting needs assessments and evaluating effectiveness of current training programs.   • Design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of new and existing employees
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify areas for training and development
  • Evaluate effectiveness of training programs and adjust as necessary

  • Monitor and manage training budgets
