• Task Management: Assist with day-to-day tasks, including scheduling and managing meetings, and coordinating with team members.
• SEO Support: Basic SEO support by performing basic keyword research, optimizing website content, and tracking SEO performance metrics.
• Website Management: Manage website updates, troubleshoot issues, and ensure content is current and engaging.
• Client Communications: Handle client communications, including responding to emails, addressing inquiries, and managing client expectations.
• Outreach and Relationship Management: Facilitate outreach efforts to potential clients or partners, and help manage relationships with existing clients.
• Paid Advertising Oversight: Oversee basic paid advertising campaigns, including monitoring performance, adjusting budgets, and reporting on results.
• Team Collaboration: Utilize Slack for effective team communication, project updates, and collaboration.

Youll craft marketing emails and tools for both existing and new clients, create engaging landing pages, and maintain Google company pages. Additionally, youll contribute ideas for company improvements and work closely with the executive to address any issues that arise.
