Optimum Utilization of Overall Inventory Capacity based on Accurate Daily Stock Report of Each Warehouse
Develop and presents Inventory Masterplan and related infrastructure requirements to top-management and concerns while considering strategic roadmap, production forecast, HSE & Quality Standards.
Sustaining operational initiatives; key performance indicator on product cost management, quality control and supply/ier management.
Managing inventory levels by ensuring that products are ordered or produced in time to meet customer demand or seasonality requirement
Build and develop key supplier relationships. Lead supplier tendering and negotiation process.
Collaborates with procurement department to determine best practice
Ensure reception, storage, issuance of material to stake holder departments and maintaining its attributable warehouse processes in due time, with respect to Quality, HSE and Good Warehouse Practices.
Ensure stocking operation, management and timely stock count/audits are executed in respect of Legal, Financial, Quality, HSE and other company procedures.
Management of people, processes and systems and staff development
Monthly reporting near Expiry Stocks, reject material, Slow Moving Analysis and idle inventory items.
Monthly Dash board updating for Warehouse Productivity and KPIs monitoring
Ensure compliance with Permit To Work, Lock Out/ Tag Out, Safe Work Practices and PPEs to drive health and hygiene program of the site, related to your area/function.
Management and deviation investigation through root cause analysis for warehouses.
Ensure on time CAPA closure for all Quality and HSE observations.
Ensure on time reporting of all incidents including near misses and environmental incidents.
Hands on experience of SAP handling for material management.
Hands on experience on WMS processing and monthly report presentation
Profound knowledge of Excel knowledge is highly preferred.
Ensure Creation, modification and implementation of SOPs.
Participate in Global Quality Audit, Global HSE audit and DRAP inspections for smooth audit management.
Maintaining GMP and HSE Compliance in the assigned area.
GEMBA of the assigned areas with remedial actions and root causes.
Participate and ensure participation of the team in behavior observation program of site and drive the positive change in safety culture of the site through leading the safety champion?s nomination and the reward in the area.
Monitor and ensure compliance of PASS achievement, Medical Screening and Surveillance and on floor safety training program.
Lead and participate in project teams supporting the execution of key supply chain initiatives aimed at process optimization in addition to delivering solution for significant cost saving
