Employment Type:This is a full-time position.Grade:This is a grade 3 position.Location:This role is based in Karachi, Pakistan.Flexibility model: HybridAbout the Role:Circle Technology has critical role both in Commercial Circle and Technology division. Main responsibilities are to maintain a required GoS with agreed QoS, optimum asset utilization, continuous improvement in network performance and better user experience are key deliverables. It offers you with an opportunity to work with the top industry talent in Network Operations domain.Your Impactful Goals will include:

• Manage Governance function with Managed Services Partner. Ensuring necessary SLA and deliverables to secure business goals.
• Coordinate with Circle Commercial teams.
• Meet the required targets of throughputs, outdoor/indoor coverage, and quality
• Ensuring healthy RF KPIs for both CS and PS domain of all technology layers of Network.
• Vigilant reporting of RAN issues and trouble of shootings.
• Sensitive to customer perception about network performance and executing proactive rational measures.
• Proactive capacity management of existing network layers (LTE, 3G, 2G etc.) to address rise in CS/PS traffic.
• Ensure financial discipline in key decisions
• Demonstrate end to end ownership and delivery of tasks
• Coordination with cross functional teams to achieve RAN KPIs excellence.
• Provide simple and innovative solutions to issues/business requirements
• Be a team player and inculcate positive energy in the team.

Your Typical Day will look like:

• Performance management governance meetings
• Regular statistical KPIs monitoring and analysis
• Traffic balancing, monitoring utilization, and site expansion activities.
• Arrange routine and issue-based network parametric audits through relevant tools for inconsistency removal.
• Work with RF HQ team to support new feature testing and share qualified assessment for/against their network-wide implementation.
• Coordination with different units for redesign implementation and benchmarking
• Coordination with Regional Commercial units to Incorporate their input to identify improvement areas and suggest new site requirements for quality improvement.
• Follow up with operations team for rectification of operational issues
• Handling of customer complaints and suggesting RF solutions
• DT logs/reports analysis.
• Network quality stats monitoring primarily RF KPIs (2G, 3G, 4G etc.) and action taken on the basis of these stats.
• Drive testing both issue base and routine for the assigned Cluster/City.
• Handling of Customer complaints and suggesting RF solution for the complaints resolution.
• Optimization both soft and hard of assigned sites as per the set KPI targets
• Arranging and performing (if required) Routine and Issue based Drive Testing
• Takes initiative in streamlining established processes and proposing ways improving work efficiency
• Exhibits Telenor values in daily routine tasks and align team objectives to the organizational strategies.
• Establishing and maintain control function for smooth operation of the department.

• Stake holder management.
• Leadership Skills and ability to manage team.
