o The QC Manager Raw material is responsible for leadership of the QC Raw material team and all activates including KPIs, training, development & performance.o Coordinating and managing the analytical testing of raw materials and to approve or reject the material.o Manages team and its activities including, KPIs, CAPAs, budget and investments, reference and retention samples and material release.o Coordinates, directs and monitors all functions of laboratory and ensures adequate training and resources.o Ensures QC Inspection readiness and high-quality performance in the QC area, during Regulatory Inspections and customer audits.o Participates in self-inspections and audits.o Ensures QC facilities, processes and procedures meet all applicable regulatory and Global Quality compliance including deployment of a culture of excellence in Quality and HSE (Health, Safety & Environment).o Ensures continuous improvement and performance in QC management and analytical methods.o Ensures upgrade and qualifications of QC instrument and facilities.o Ensures the continuous validation status of analytical methods.o Provides scientific and technical inputs on OOS, OOT and test issues and ensures initial laboratory investigations are completed on time and with sufficient scientific rigour.o Cooperates with internal customers and production and provides guidance and leadership within the department.o Ensures quality systems (including related Quality documentation, analytical procedures and instructions) are in place and that issues are closed in a timely manner.o Strictly adheres to GxPs and all other pertinent regulatory guidance.o Provides solutions and suggestions for improvement for Quality Control testing.o Ensures proper testing planning aligned with production and ensures quality results are delivered from QC, in a timely manner.o Manages Information Systems related to QC lab.o Coordinates, directs and monitors all functions of QC lab and ensures adequate training and resources.At Sanofi diversity and inclusion is foundational to how we operate and embedded in our Core Values.
