OverviewThe incumbent will be required to play a key role by managing the buying & sourcing activities with responsibility depending on country & regional scope.If this exciting opportunity interests you and you meet the criteria below, please apply.Roles & Responsibilities:?Execute and ensure procurement processes applying sourcing, purchasing, corporate and business partner policies.?Collect and maintain data by ensuring data quality and reporting on rates, catalog, supplier data & performance, purchase order etc.?Drive tactical purchasing process (non-catalog requisitions) by ensuring day-to-day admin support, analyzing competitive bids, selection of suppliers, quality, delivery terms, specification for goods & services.?Ensure clarification of outstanding receipt of order confirmation, invoices, delivery dates, rejection and change of purchase orders.?Support preparation and monitoring of tenders, negotiations, and supplier management.?Enter data into databases and other relevant systems to maintain up-to-date supplier and vendor information; to track purchase and the status of orders.?Follow-up on purchase orders with vendors to ensure timely delivery; and communicate status of orders with internal customers.?Generate required reporting, analyze reports, and identify catalog improvements.?Maintain professional relationships with suppliers and internal customers in scope.?Provide feedback to sourcing in respect of suppliers? performance.?Contribute to the successful cooperation between region / country and sourcing community.?Develop a network of contacts to build up relationships and strengthen the organization market knowledge.Skills, Qualifications & Experience:?Minimum 6-8 years of relevant working experience in procurement at a multinational or renowned local logistics company.?Master?s degree or equivalent experience/qualification.?Sound knowledge of purchasing practices and buying procedures.?Must have good management, interpersonal and communication skills.?Strong command over Microsoft Office and other related software.
