Job Description

Inbox Business Technologies, a leading provider of information technology and services, is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Manager HR to join our team. As the Manager HR, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR department and ensuring the effective and efficient management of our human resources.Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs to align with the companys goals and objectives
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates
  • Oversee employee performance management and development programs
  • Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations
  • Manage and administer employee benefit programs
  • Develop and deliver HR training programs
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement workforce planning and talent management strategies
