Last Date to Apply: 3rd July, 2022Employment Type: This is a full-time position.Grade: This is a grade 3 position.Location: This role is based in Karachi, Pakistan.Flexibility model: Onsite About the Role:The role entails managing field operations for the region and ensuring Network availability as per defined targets.Your Impactful Goals will include:

• Sites Physical audits for PM quality improvement.
• Tracking and Resolution of repeated outage contributing sites
• Customer complaints reduction.
• Joint visits with Commercial teams & Understanding of business expectation at regional Level
• HSSE Audits for respective regions.
• Energy Opex reduction drive.
• Govern Energy Opex execution.  
• Monthly/Quarterly preventive maintenance plans & Audit
• Vendor SLA management and performance Governance.
• Sites operation intervention elimination.
• Secure Return of Investment according to business cases.
• Operations action register listed tasks closure with vendor.
• Site physical security KPI improvement with vendor teams.
• OMO/Tower co network Governance and coordination for network stability.
• Monthly/Weekly sites performance reconciliation and gaps analysis with vendors.

Your Typical Day will look like:

• Daily Network KPI ( TCH, MPD, CSSR) view discussion with Vendors team.
• Bottom Sites Rectification tracking and follow-up with Vendor Team
• TT analysis and snags rectification follow up with field teams.
• Energy consumption report analysis and non performing sites follow up.
• Physical site audits to measure preventive maintenance quality.
• RCA analysis for Hub sites outages and plan to reduce outages incidents.
• Daily network alarms analysis and improvement plans.
• To ensure timely customer complain resolution at site level 
• CP Billing Tracking, High CP Bills sites improvements, Site CP Theft eliminations
• T-prime sites Tracking and timely rectification of site Commercial Power issues
• Daily Fuel Consumption & Daily run rate tracking and Month fuel Control
• Monthly Fuel Pump Audit, Supplier Fueling Vehicle Audit
• Solar Sites Energy Production Tracking and ensure timely rectification
• Power Infrastructure upgradation project tracking and ensure quality work
• Ensure battery backup warranty claims and replacement with supplier
• Timely processing of DN & PO
• SPMS Management and follow-up
• To ensure and timely closure of Work Orders for Network Modification Activities
• RAN MW Transmission Alarm and Rectification

• 6+ years of extensive experience in field teams management role in telco industry

• Previous experience of vendor management roles. Career Path Next move from this role could possibly lead into Regional head in Technology operations, implementation , Technology Sourcing.
