Last Date to Apply:18th June, 2022Employment Type:This is a full-time position.Grade:This is a grade 3 position.Location:This role is based in Islamabad, Pakistan.Flexibility model: HybridAbout the Role:The role requires you to ensure timely delivery of projects in collaboration with support functions and cross functional teams. The incumbent will support Product Owners while working on Backlog and remove obstaclesYour Impactful Goals will include:

• Implementation of Mobile/Web Application, Microservices Architecture and Automation technologies (RPA (Robotic Process Automation) preferably UIPath) for selfcare and customer experience applications.
• Lead team of software engineers or technical product managers, to manage cost assessment and budget/resource allocation.
• Architecture Enterprise Architecture Governance for Customer Facing IT on enterprise level utilizing TMF Open Digital Architecture & Open API Framework.
• Should be able to analyze Application design from long term feasibility and enterprise impact perspective.
• Add value to own and others? skills/knowledge, experiences and inputs by synthesizing them into pragmatic and applicable strategies and breaking this into actionable roadmaps and specific recommendation.
• Improve Digital projects efficiencies, development frequency & quality utilizing Agile methodology & supporting tools.
• Strategic Projects Oversight & Reporting to CXOs.

Your Typical Day will look like:

• Shaping and leading complex IT and Digital services strategy projects/programs
• Provide direction in the area of Business/IT alignment for fulfilment of Digital Services Ambition and Process Automation
• Analysis and Design of Customer Facing Applications on Microservices Architecture Design Principles
• Draft & Review Architecture Specification Documents for Telenor Group
• Devise Technology Strategy for customer facing IT growth & evolution along with corresponding KPIs setting & reporting in coordination with local and global stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal & Vendor teams for technical implementation & Solution Architecture of relevant RFQs/RFPs
• Get involved with Partner/Vendor for Stand-ups, meetings, planning, retrospectives and reviews
• Designing SOAP & REST based APIs & develop Swagger specifications as per Open API design principles.

Your Career Path:Horizontal growth towards other technical stream focusing on customer facing IT products and automationWhat were looking for:Education:Minimum Bachelor?s degree or an MBAWork experience:

• Have Development experience in API Integrations, Automation, Mobile, Web, Cloud Native stacks and deployments via Agile practices and Project Management
• Good Experience in Mobile/Web Application, APIs, AI/ML to develop a contextual product for business and support functions.
• Hands-On development experience in APIGW or ESB (Apigee, JBoss)
• 8-10 years experience comprising of leading software development teams in agile way of work, extensive stakeholder and vendor management along with that technically worked on customer facing mobile applications/websites, ESB, Automation (RPA and ML), Enterprise Architecture Governance utilizing TMF Open Digital Architecture & Open API Framework
• TMF Open API standards understanding.
• Swagger mapping for Open API standards.
• Mobile/Web/Microservices Architecture designing with SOAP/REST standards
• Unit / Regression testing for API?s.

• Have good communication skills and Presentation Skills
• Candidate should be able to keep up with Digital Architecture Design Trends and draft recommendations for Local as well as Global Architecture Forum.
• Knowledge of Mobile/Web Application & Process Automation Design using Microservices
• Experience on DevOPs using CI/ CD Pipeline
• Relational, NoSQL and In-Memory Databases
• Enterprise Integration Architecture utilizing Open APIs
• Customer Facing IT Applications Architecture
• TM Forum Open API Design Practices and Digital Architecture
• Agile Project Management
• Stakeholder & Project management for APIs, Mobile/Web Applications & Process automation
