Job Title: Manager Data Business OperationsGrade: 10 (relevant for internal candidates)Location: Islamabad, PakistanThe Team: The Data Business Operations group within the Ops Enablement team in Data Shared Services provides the connective tissue to ensure all data initiatives, reporting and communications tie together throughout the data organization. The dynamic global team, flexible working environment, and fast-paced collaborative atmosphere provides numerous possibilities for career development.The Impact: You will play an integral part to drive the DBO strategy, focusing on the tactical implementation of the strategy as a Product owner. You will be involved in engaging stakeholders across various functions within Data to provide Executive level reporting on KPIs across the following themes Finance, Customer, Operations and People. ÿYou will also be collaborating with data owners to build a reporting solution for senior leadership group in order to make data driven, informed decisions and stay abreast of the Data performance.What?s in it for you: You will have an opportunity to advance your career as a collaborative partner and change agent within and across various business lines. You will lead the value streams within the DBO function, drive the execution of the strategy and engage stakeholders across the business.Responsibilities: This role will support the data IMO?s transition into the data business operations group, under Operations Enablement. You will be responsible for implementing the tactical strategy for the various streams under the DBO group including but not limited to Strat Ops & Business Management, Value Stream Management and Data Scorecard Management. More specifically you will be delivering Executive level reporting and analytics for the Data Leadership by developing, reporting, and managing the Data Dashboard KPIs. You will also be involved in project budget tracking, forecasting, planning and analysis within Data teams for integration and data initiatives.Core Responsibilities.

• Support the senior leadership across the data functions by providing Data, analysis, and insights to assess performance, make data driven, informed decisions for the operating metrics within the Data dashboard. Summarize key findings through preparation and presentation to the Data Executives.
• Plan, monitor, and manage large, multi-faceted projects from initiation through completion.
• Identifies process improvements and best practices, implements risk mitigation strategies, and provides data on KPIs, statuses, etc.
• Monitors project status, budgets, and schedules, providing input where necessary.
• Design, build, maintain, and optimize data visualizations and other self-service tools to provide actionable insights that enhance business decision making
• Champion utilization of business intelligence technology across functional roles throughout the organization
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders and Executive community members, to gather feedback and gather requirements to continually evolve the Reporting and data insights solutions to meet their needs.
• Manage financial and operating metric tracking for key initiatives
• Assist with ad hoc requests including special projects for Data senior leadership

What we?re looking for:

• Strong candidate with at least 3-4 years of relevant work experience
• Bachelors degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Demonstrable experience in facilitating, leading, influencing, and managing within large-scale, globally distributed organizations
• Leverage a strong project management background to ensure timely planning, communication, and delivery
• Analyze data for trends and patterns, understanding insight from data with a unbiassed mindset.
• Strong spirit of innovation, self-starter, independent, and with the ability to come up with solutions to meet business problems
• Keen attention to detail with deep quantitative and analytical skills and demonstrated capacity to solve problems and enhance reporting
• Strong relationship skills and ability to build alignment among customers and key stakeholders with demonstrated experience influencing without authority
• Commitment to creating strong relationships and fostering an environment of teamwork to support the division?s goals
• Proficient with information management and visual communication tools including Smartsheets, Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, Power BI and project management tools e.g. Serena, JIRA.
• Advanced communication skills, both oral and written, across a wide range of audiences
• At least 2 years project management experience on data-related projects is preferred
• Able to deliver on multiple projects simultaneously and to be results-oriented with a high level of attention to detail
• Strong sense of business understanding organizational awareness.
