Last Date to Apply:11th November, 2022Employment Type:This is a full-time position.Grade:This is a grade 3 position.Location:This role is based in Islamabad, Pakistan.Flexibility model: HybridAbout the Role:As Manager Data Analytics,you will be driving initiatives that shape the direction of Telenor in achieving its customer & revenue ambitions through extracting customer insights from abundance of data using behavioral and research data sets.Your Impactful goals will include:The position requires you to work under supervision of Senior Manager Data Segment for implementation of strategic initiatives and development of day to day analytical/reporting assignments:

  • Maintain a close eye on data customers? behaviors by extracting reports and dashboards to gauge subscribers, churners, re-joiners, engagement and other kpis.
  • Interact with key stakeholders, involving Business Intelligence, Technology, Sales and Product development to drive Segment?s agenda on internet.
  • Ensuring that the organization is presented with deeper insights, both on opportunities and assessment of past initiatives to drive data-driven decisions.
Your Typical day at work:
  • Assisting the team in identifying opportunities and executing initiatives for revenue maximization and increased profitability of the high value segment
  • Bringing in the insights beyond behavioral data and exploring multiple dimensions such as geography, payment types , life cycle and so on.
  • Converting opportunities into actionable initiatives and executing through product development.
  • Assisting in strategy formulation for and beyond internet for Telenor commercial

  • 4-5 years of experience in related roles
  • Experience in analysis of business trends / monitoring of KPI related to Business area
  • Experience in Product Development / Execution
  • Experience in Business planning / forecasting / Development of Business cases based on current trend
Functional Skills / Knowledge Areas:
  • Math / Stats / Analytical Skills with good business and marketing logic
  • Immaculate communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Strong Interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of Excel and Powerpoint
  • Creative Problem Solving
