• Ethical behaviour and proper business practices in accordance with the Telenor Way and Telenors Governance framework are actively promoted in the Business Unit
• Business matters are conducted in compliance with the Code of Conduct, applicable policies and other Governing Documents and/or relevant laws or regulations
• Structured Risk Assessment, including identification of risks, prioritization and accordingly development of mitigation actions
• Compliance Incidents are resolved objectively, consistently, with high quality and in accordance with requirements defined in the Group Governing Documents
• Projects are effectively executed within specified timeframes and with stakeholder engagement at all levels and stages

Your Typical Day will look like:

• Developing and conducting trainings on Compliance subjects
• Organizing, tracking and implementing Compliance training and communication initiatives
• Managing Resolution Tracker and monitoring Integrity Hotline Reports
• Monitoring Compliance tools e.g Gift & Hospitality Register
• Administrative support towards Compliance initiatives (coordination, scheduling, alignment, bookings)
• Developing, designing and coordinating Communication material in collaboration with Branding team and other stakeholders
• Organizing and minuting meetings (GWP/Business Partner/Anti-corruption)
• Implementing strategies to reinforce ethical and value driven behaviour across the organization.
• Supporting Local Ethics & Compliance team in development/implementation of yearly plan
• Providing support in implementation of projects initiated by local E&C as and when required.
• Keeping abreast with trends, issues and regulations relevant to the Ethics & Compliance function
• Conducting enhanced monitoring activities including implementation of recommendations and signing of Code of Conduct document by new joiners
• Ensuring regular reporting to Group and keeping track of Compliance task lists
• Support E&C team in execution of common goals shared by the Group Ethics & Compliance
• Coming up with new ideas which can improve confidence of employees towards Ethics & Compliance function
• Providing employees support in understand the Code of Conduct, and addressing queries related to compliance matters

• Minimum: 6 years of experience
• Relevant work experience of working in any area including Legal, HR, Regulatory, Internal Audit, Ethics & Compliance, Fraud Investigation/Risk Management or Corporate Governance
• Desirable: Knowledge of internal policies
