Job Description

Job PurposeTo supervise the maintenance activities in Production area & provide engineering supports to Production/ others in daily plant operations.Education, Experience & Skills

  • DAE/B-Tech
  • 1 ? 3 years of minimum work experience in engineering functions
  • PLC programming
  • Good communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to work across different functions
Key Responsibilities
  • Support engineering and other stakeholders in validation activities and completion of documentation.
  • Ensure that requirements of TP-13 are fulfilled in the concerned area.
  • Ensure that CMMS system is properly implemented, and all facility related breakdowns are addressed through CMMS.
  • Ensure end to end implementation of Refurbishment, Modification of machines and installation of new machines and equipment.
  • Record the preventive maintenance of Production machines and Equipment.
  • Maintain the calibration records and status of instruments, gauges and weighing balances.
  • Coordinate and check the quality, measurement, and scope of work with contractors in outsource Jobs.
  • To ensure that machines and plant are maintained in compliance of all applicable QMS policies, EHS & GES standards
  • Get trained on LOTO procedure and ensure its implementation at workplace.
