Job Description

Overview ú Develop, steer and organize overall plant maintenance portfolio. ú Drive the SAP PM Agenda at Sundar Site and ensure SAP driven Maintenance at site. ú Maintain task & instruction data within SAP including review and documentation of any changes to planned maintenance tasks. ú Populate SAP with new function locations, equipment, and spare parts code and create associated maintenance strategies, tasks and plans. ú Produce and track weekly maintenance plans from period projection and on-site requests. ú Co-ordinate engineering regular meetings with Engineering team, FLMs and FLEs to discuss and agree the maintenance routine and plans. ú Provide Technical / Engineering Manager with detailed weekly compliance information and populate Gap Analysis report. ú Provide support on relevant work streams for Maintenance Technicians, Asset Care Team, Shift Technicians and Utilities including Condition Monitoring and Lubrication. Ensure all Legal and Critical work orders are identified and have 100% completion. ú Produce Work backlog analysis and make suggestions for effective management. Conduct analysis of work order history and develop planned maintenance activities to optimise plant performance. ú Develop Zero Based Budgeting for Engineering function through SAP support ú National role: Need to coordinate at both snacks plant Responsibilities ú Compliance to Engineering Maintenance plans, SAP maturity, team coordination on maintenance planning and execution ú Uses strong planning and organisation skills to provide detailed maintenance plans to maximise plant performance whilst ensuring that all tasks are carried out in a safe manner. ú Uses strong analytical skills to produce reports focused on reducing equipment downtime, minimising work order backlog and ensuring schedule compliance. ú Lead and conduct regular pre and post maintenance review meeting to ensure all maintenance activities in line with PM Work Orders, Downtime Analysis, CBM etc. are captured and raise flag as required. ú Provides significant support to engineering teams, producing documentation and system administration as required. ú Conducts regular reviews of SAP to ensure current standards are satisfied and that Work Orders are properly closed down. ú Directly supports Engineering and Operational teams through training and coaching to maximise utilisation of the SAP. ú Attends Daily, Weekly and Monthly Engineering Meetings to ensure all issues are captured and that corrective actions are in place. ú Identifies the need for and carries out the review of existing maintenance as required. ú Drive Maintenance Planning in line with PeMM framework Qualifications Knowledge/Skill Experience Competencies Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical/Mechatronics) 3 to 4 years in engineering technical and planning Good in communication Hands on skills on MS project, Microsoft office, maintenance ? tools/systems Equipment/Maint. Tech knowledge Maintenance budgeting Analytical skills to unlock the problems
