Job Description

We are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Lead Qualification Expert to join our team. The Lead Qualification Expert will be responsible for reviewing, verifying, and qualifying prospective leads based on specified project criteria. How you day will look like:

  • Review data for duplication: Evaluate lead lists and lead generation criteria, identify duplicate entries and ensure uniqueness of captured leads.
  • Filter decision-makers: Verify the relevance and validity of the decision-makers within the target criteria.
  • Verify contact details: Review the contact details of the decision-makers, ensuring their availability and validity using extraction tools.
  • Filter by company size: Examine each companys headcount to ensure alignment with the project criteria.
  • Review company headquarters: Validate the locations of the companies headquarters, ensuring alignment with project criteria.
  • Verify industry: Scrutinize the companies industries and service industries to ensure they match the projects target industry.
  • Cross-check company websites: Ensure data accuracy by cross-checking the information from the companies websites.
  • Cross-check company pages: Confirm the consistency and accuracy of data by comparing it with the information on the companies pages.
  • Cross-check decision-makers profiles: Ensure the recency and accuracy of decision-makers information by comparing captured data with their profiles.
  • Updating lead files: Update lead files with verified information regularly
Requirements
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in using data extraction tools like Lusha, ContactOut, Apollo, etc.
  • Proficient in using for professional research.
  • Ability to cross-reference and verify data from different sources.
  • Understanding of company hierarchy and decision-making roles.
  • Familiarity with basic company information like industry, company size, and location.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
