• Determine the scope of the program, needs of the business , timelines and other aspects of the program.
• Ensure project deliverables and actions are completed in a timely fashion.
• Develop a thorough project plan and create a strategy to execute it
• Determine selection criteria, and selection process for admission into the program
• Schedule participant interviews , communicate with participants and be a liaison between the project team and participants.
• Scope and vet vendors to provide external training or partner with internal L&D coordinator or Engineering team to procure self paced learning solutions( Learning, Udemy, Coursera).
• Lead weekly sync meetings with all stakeholders to monitor progress and remove any blockers

Interact with Program Participants

• Conduct kickoff calls to ensure students understand program support structures and expectations.
• Meet with and check in with participants to assess their learning and development needs while in training.
• Conduct post mortem/after action reviews to seek continuous improvement in future cohorts for the program.
• Coordinate and Develop
• Create and conduct focus groups, assessments and evaluations to gather participant and stakeholder feedback, to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.
• Partner with leaders and stakeholders to determine which discipline of engineering the program will focus on.
• Create communications for participants throughout each stage of the program

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for delivering initiatives on time and for ensuring all stakeholders are consulted and fully informed of delivery dates and solution details
• Develop project schedule, defines timeframe, and prioritizes tasks to achieve project milestones and deliver intended objectives
• Partner with leaders and stakeholders to determine which mentors, technology or learning paths best meet the needs of the program.
• Monitor progress to meet project milestones, timelines,
• Keep relevant stakeholders informed of progress toward or changes to task timing that impacts the project schedule
• Have a sound understanding of adult learning principles and apply your knowledge to influence stakeholders and business leaders to ensure program effectiveness.
• Create, track, and report on project budget where relevant
• Build strong relationships with project sponsors and stakeholders and influence timely decision making
• Create clear, concise and organized communication materials (e.g., policies & procedures, guidelines, presentations, messages)
• Consider and understand the audiences specific needs and comprehension level to determine the most appropriate learning structure.
• Use data to support decision making
• Gain stakeholder trust by effectively addressing their concerns to further long-term interests

What Were Looking For:

• You have at least 3 years of experience in leading teams and multiple programs preferred.
• You have developed training needs assessments surveys and conducted focused group interviews in the past
• You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and are able to negotiate confidently and diplomatically with stakeholders.
• You are able to work calmly under tight deadlines
• You have the ability to take feedback positively
• You have proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets to analyze program surveys and evaluations to make data driven decisions
• You love working independently without waiting for others to ask you to do something
• You love innovating and think beyond the scope to continuously improve programs
