Job Description

Eligibility:

  • Minimum Bachelors degree, preferably Masters, from an HEC recognized institute/university.
Experience:
  • Fresh to 2 years of relevant experience (Experience and exposure in Corporate Sales will be an advantage).
Responsibilities:
  • Liaising with the branch team or area manager for corporate merchant signup.
  • Training branch RMs and other staff to equip them with acquiring business.
  • Coordinating with the product manager to resolve customer issues.
  • Analyzing the technical requirements of merchants and providing the best possible/nearest solution.
  • Reviewing merchant activity and maintaining their productivity.
  • Monitoring volume trends of merchants.
Skills Required:
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to multi-task and work collaboratively.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
