This would be in areas which include but would not be limited to Network/server, database health, database, app zone, reporting zone disc space consumption, analyses of the workload running against the databases, applications, and the availability to automatically identify any issues that need our attention.Experience Requirements:Monitoring Experience - Experience in Monitoring Production environments, Networks, Applications availability, performance alerts using monitoring tools ? SolarWinds, Dynatrace and other alerting tools

  • Basic Network Troubleshootingÿ? Using PING, TELNET, SSH etc.
  • Basic IT Troubleshootingÿ? On Windows and Linux O/S
  • Coordinationÿ? Being able to work with multiple IT Teams such as Infrastructure, Database, Network teams and escalate until issue is resolved.
  • Ticket Managementÿ? Experience using ServiceNow or JIRA.
  • Documentationÿ- Must be able to track and document issues and resolutions and be able to share the details so that others can understand with no issue.

  • Teamworkÿ? Being able to work with a team and having a positive attitude.
  • English Speakingÿ? You will be working with different teams based globally. You must be able to understand and be easy to understand.
  • Time Managementÿ? Must have excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to Learnÿ? You will need to learn many different systems and processes.ÿ
  • Proceduresÿ? You must be able to follow procedures while also speaking up when you see room for improvement.
  • Responsivenessÿ? Being able to respond fast to any email, ticket or chat is especially important.
  • 24/7ÿ- Must be able to work in a rotating shift schedule.

  • Experience using or managing SolarWinds
  • Experience using or managing Dynatraceÿ
