We are always looking to hire highly passionate, collaborative and humble people that want to make a difference.Responsibilities - What You?ll Do:The IT Systems and Applications (SaaS) Administrator will be the main point of contact for anything related to SaaS and mail applications.. This key role resolves assigned cases and change requests and acts as an escalation for support issues.Main Responsibilities:

• Manage, and maintain SaaS Applications such as G-Suite ecosystem, O365, Slack, Okta, Zoom, and other Collaboration SaaS applications.
• Manage, and maintain MDM Applications such as Airwatch and Crowdstrike
• Identify new and innovative ways to use existing toolsets to automate management, monitoring, and related processes to increase efficiency.
• Maintain and provide metrics and reports on the G-Suite, Slack, O365, and Zoom ecosystems
• Perform scripting administration tasks and reporting using PowerShell, Bash or other automation tools such as Puppet, Ansible, Chef and terraform
• Support users and staff with issues related to connectivity to the messaging systems, which includes support for Gmail, message tracking, and message relays.
• Work with internal Security team to develop and maintain security best practices
• Work with ITGC to perform auditing and log tracking on a quarterly basis
• Apply new solutions through research and collaboration with the team and determine the course of action for new application initiatives.
• Implement new software solutions as required by the business.

QualificationsQualifications

• 5+ years of experience on email infrastructure, mail transfer protocols, mail access protocols, email security, spam, phishing, and virus protection preferably with experience with multiple email systems including Exchange, Office 365 or Gmail
• 3+ years of experience with Slack or other enterprise messaging systems
• 5 + years of experience with Okta administration, administration and troubleshooting OKTA Identity Engine (OIE)
• 5+ years of senior-level (tier 2 or 3) administration and engineering experience in an enterprise IT environment, having performed operational and break/fix activity along with engineering and design
• Versed in AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, cloud solutions
• Experience with data loss prevention (DLP), retention, and e-discovery technologies for email.
• Strong communication skills and a team player comfortable interacting with various internal and external groups.
• experience with MDM and Workspace One
