If so, lets talk.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesThe IBM Systems Lab Services organization is looking for an IT Management Consultant with expertise in IBM Power Systems to lead and deliver pre-sales and post-sales client engagements that enable the adoption of IBM Power Systems.Ideal candidates will have demonstrated a successful history of designing and deploying new and complex high-quality System solutions to clients in response to varying business requirements, can independently assess IT infrastructures, evaluate gaps in best practices and create IBM Power System solution recommendations for client environments while displaying excellent collaboration and communication with Clients, Sellers, Business Partners and Colleagues by delivering reports to clients.Responsibilities: You will be responsible for developing and delivering IBM solution design, architecture, and implementation of IBM Power solutions which may include:

• Developing and delivering consulting assessments and workshops for the IBM Power Systems
• Design and Deploy IBM Power Systems and associated Software solutions
• Design and deploy Cloud solution for PaaS cloud platform (Kubernetes, Redhat Openshift etc.)
• Automation using Shell or Ansible or similar scripting language
• Contribute and support to generate, develop and win new business
• Research, analyze and synthesize recommendations, leveraging analytical skills
• Use a range of methodologies, techniques and work products to produce deliverables
• Create and use intellectual capital to solve diverse business issues in innovative ways
• Deliver and implement solutions for clients
• Advise on Data Center Strategy & Design
• Perform Workload Transformation Analysis
• Advise on Resiliency Strategy & Design
• Demonstrate working knowledge designing, deploying, installing and configuring over hybrid cloud platforms.
• Showcase Private Cloud Design & Implementation capabilities

This role requires a strong knowledge of the IBM Power Systems. You will work with customers and IBM Sales and Business Partners to position, scope, and delivery of IBM Solutions including the Software portfolio. Candidates must possess a strong background in consulting and Professional services.Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Minimum of 7+ years of functional experience in the Server Domain and 3 years? experience in IBM Power Systems
• Extensive understanding of System concepts including Server Architecture
• Hands-On experience in managing IBM Power Systems
• Experience with Red Hat Openshift deployment and administration
• Hands on experience to migrate Oracle databases
• Experience with Hybrid Cloud Solutions
• Must have experience in Automation and understanding of scripting day to day tasks
• Good Communication Skills both written and Verbal
• Customer facing communications, requirements analysis, documentation, and report presentations.
• Project management and the ability to collaborate across teams globally
• Networking skills especially TCP/IP knowledge
• Ability to lead customer technical workshops up to 20+ people
• Candidate should be self-organized, eager to learn with strong sense of analysis & troubleshooting skills
• Readiness up to travel 20% travel annually
• English: Fluent

Proven experience in designing and building monitoring solutions for hybrid cloud environments? Deep knowledge of multicloud architecture Knowledge of deployment and operating event monitoring solutions? Be familiar with Cloud Industry Domain, service project delivery? Broad IT technology experience is preferred
