This overarching role will cover the following broad services: the Country IT & Digital Technology Lead is responsible for the delivery of all PK Syngenta integrated end-to-end IT/Digital business application platforms and infrastructure services across country sites. This overarching role will cover the following broad services:IT Services:

• IT Services and Delivery management
• Local Technology and Infrastructure management
• Network services, Service Desk & Deskside support
• Service Request Management
• Client Service Management
• IT contract management / SOW
• Security Management
• Service Level Management SLA/OLA
• IT Operations incl. NOC, Service continuity management
• Disaster recovery plan management
• Service catalog management
• Implementation of Enterprise General Computer Controls (EGCCs) for IT Applications and Infrastructure

• Implementing or Supporting Enterprise applications? management i.e. (CRM, ERP, SAP, WFM/FFM, POS, MS 365, etc.)
• Application Development, Support, and maintenance (Web/App/Enterprise) setups
• Service orchestrations and API integration projects
• Versatile with solution architecture, design patterns, and principles
• Software development methodologies like DevOps, Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.
• Functional expert to ring-fence and details requirements (identification to detailing and translating as system requirements)
• Consulting and Pre-Sales experience working with RFPs, RFIs
• Application full technology stack viz, Opensource, Microsoft, Web Apps - Full Stack, iOS/Android developments (including preferably AI/ML paradigms)
• Bespoke development, Platform rewrite, Migration, Automation, and Digital transformation project and program delivery experience are needed.
• Ability to steer and guide PMO,
• Engage with senior country and regional stakeholders to sustain delivered platforms
• Must be good to take forward change management processes.

• Relevant academic degree and/or appropriate professional qualification
• Deep knowledge of IT/Digital service and/or technology delivery, quality management, operations, and strategy development
• Deep knowledge of project/program management, business process management, or comparable methodologies
• Deep Knowledge of IS technologies, processes, and operating models
• Ability to develop and build others
• Skilled in strategic influencing, conflict management, and leading cut-through AND (for supplier mgmt.)
• Deep understanding of IS procurement and contract law AND (for quality management Relevant quality certification e.g. LEAN OR (Product Management e.g. R&D IT), ITIL processes
• A good grasp of the culture and working practices of both IT/Digital and R&D, business, and other functional stakeholders in the Agri, manufacturing, or IT services domain
• Good, broad knowledge of the business and especially its key challenges in information technologies and information management processes that are commonly used to support global activities
• Awareness of current best practices in service/application management and previous direct experience in delivery management and service management roles
• Shall be a technology geek with an ability to apply and differential technology mix to source and apply including collaborating and where needed suggesting region, and global for on-time deliveries.
• Understanding of budgeting/cost projections for local IT deployments including but not limited to e-Commerce, Enterprise solutions? deployments for example POS/CRM, WhatsApp APIs, Chatbots, SAP, ERP, WFM/FFM, Cloud hosting, etc.
