Train super users for medical omni-channel products- Pitcher, SpotMe and Experience Cloud? Drive the development of omni-channel KPIs as well as have a full grasp of actionable KPIs on Pitcher and SpotMe? Coordinate medical content development for digital channel and share best practice with across Reckitt?
